Name, country, segment (small, mid or enterprise), and since when they are a customer.

The customer who placed it, status (draft, paid, shipped or cancelled), total amount and currency, when it was placed, when it shipped. Each order has lines: product, quantity, unit price.

Name, category, whether it is still on sale.

The order it bills, number, issue date, payment date. Unpaid means no payment date yet.

Sum of paid and shipped orders in a period, by the date they were placed. Draft and cancelled orders never count.
