Currently we route web traffic and p2p traffic through hyper.media

We eventually want to use a CDN for web traffic, so we should start unblocking that by moving p2p traffic to a new host like p2p.hyper.media

This will enable us to use Cloudflare or something similar, as a HTTP cache, to protect us from aggressive web traffic
